Tim Anderson, Chief Executive Officer
Tim is a qualified Civil Engineer, Fellow of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation and holds an Australian Institute of Company Directors Diploma. He brings over 20 years business experience with management roles in engineering, commercialization, management consulting and marketing. He has completed the Global Strategic Management program at Harvard Business School. Tim is a member of the Export Advisory Board of the Water Industry Alliance.
Alison Swart, Chief Financial Officer
Alison is a finance executive with over twenty years experience gained across a broad range of industries including aerospace, design and construction, and tertiary education. Bringing a wealth of experience gained in senior finance and management roles with her, Alison has extensive experience in all facets of financial administration and management, corporate governance and capital raising. Alison is a Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
Jeff Frey, President North America
Jeff has over 30 years engineering experience throughout the US, Asia and Africa. A pioneer in the application of optimization technologies for water systems in the US, for the past 12 years Jeff's focus has been in understanding, improving and optimizing major water systems for US cities.
Dr. Paul Smith, Regional Manager Asia Pacific
Paul is responsible for client liaison and project delivery in the Asia Pacific Region. He is experienced in water resources management and water system planning and design, and has project-managed numerous optimization projects for large-scale urban and irrigation systems in this region. Paul completed his post-graduate studies on forecasting of hydrological processes and optimization of water systems at Kyoto University, Japan and is currently Chair of the Japan Australia Business Council of South Australia.
Andrew Roberts, Technical Manager Europe
As Technical Manager Europe, Andrew has managed projects with 4 of the 10 major water utilities in the UK. Andrew has degrees in Engineering and Mathematics & Computing Science and has been influential in the development of Optimatics' core software for client use.
Alana Duncker, Operations Manager
As a qualified Civil and Environmental Engineer and a Charted Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia (CPEng), Alana has experience in major city-system optimization projects in the US, urban and irrigation systems throughout Australia, as well as modelling, model conversions and software training. With over 7 years experience in optimization engineering, Alana leads Optimatics' Australian engineering team and is also our Quality Manager.
David McIver, Product Development Manager
David is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years experience in software development and 7 years in optimization engineering and development. He is the key innovator for the award winning Optimatics Distributed GA technology. David is responsible for the development of our optimization technologies, both for use in consulting carried out by our engineering team and in delivering customized software for our clients.
